About Krona Subsea

Krona Subsea in Aberdeen has been a leader in subsea innovation since 2019. Formerly known as WiSub AS in Bergen Norway, our journey began in 2010 with the groundbreaking WiSub Pinless Connector, a patented technology that set new standards in subsea connectivity.
 

Our team of experienced engineers brings expertise in Pinless Connecting and a proven track record of designing and delivering subsea electronic solutions. From simple components to complex systems, we are experts in developing printed circuit boards (PCBs), firmware, and topside software tailored to our clients’ unique needs.
 

We collaborate closely with our customers to create state-of-the-art, custom solutions that drive efficiency and solve critical challenges. Our innovative designs have successfully extended the lifespan of aging equipment by applying advanced electronic expertise.
 

In 2020, we became the official distributor for DeepSea Power & Light in the United Kingdom, providing expert advice and support for subsea cameras and lighting solutions. Our in-house workshop allows us to perform small service jobs locally, saving customers the inconvenience of shipping products back to San Diego.
